Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

yesterday by chance I found out there is a warrant for my arrest in connecticut I live in New Jersey now. i am 29 yrs old when i was 16 i was convicted of arson 2nd degree and served 7 yrs in prison for it I was also on probation for five yrs I have been in no trouble at all since My first charge when I was 16 the warrant is for Volation of probation the warrant was issued one month before i was set to be off probation I belive it was for not checking in with PO I also found out from a friend that i should not have moved out of state with out telling them But i have 3 kids down here in New Jersey so I want to turn myself in but need to know if I am going to be given a bond and around how much as I can be away from my kids I am scared that they will just throw me back in till its all worked out What should i do
