Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My 19 year old daughter does not contribute to the rent, runs up the bills (electricity/oil/phone). Can I kick her out? She has two part time jobs, makes roughly $1200 after taxes and does not provide any rent/money to the family (Mother/Father and two younger kids, ages 14 and 6). How can I kick her out? If she's not paying rent is she considered a "tenant"? She does not contribute to the house at all, doesn't clean anything or buy any groceries, just lives off of my income while stockpiling (or blowing) her own money.

You would have to evict her. You can either go to the CT Judicial Branch website for instructions and forms or you can go to the housing court in your district.
