My ex has a hisctory of drug use/alcohol and leads a very carefree life. Often cancels or changes visitation. Has some arrests and multiple reports by police on different acounts. Is there a way to deny visitation ? If so how can I do it legally?

Re: Denying possibly dangerous ex husband visitation?

You need to file a motion for modification of visitation and/or a motion for contempt for violation of outstanding visitation orders. You need to get your evidence and witnesses together and then show the court the facts that prove visitation as exists is damaging to your child/children.
