Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Prenuptual agreement - sexual oeientation

Regarding prenuptual agreements (1) Is it possible to have a clause in a prenuptual agreement regarding changes in sexual preference e.g. a spouse decides to ''come out'' or engages in a homosexual affair with either of these actions limiting what they can take? (2) if a couple is married in one state, then moves to another, does the agreement need to be revised?
