Legal Question in Immigration Law in Connecticut

i am flying from nyc to miami .i am a citizen of usa ,but my wife is a citizen of Ecuador .

she has Ecuadorian passport (there is no visa entry stamp in it),marriage certificate .

are these documents enough to fly to miami without any problems

Normally, when flying within the USA, an immigrant status (or absence of any valid visa/status) is not a problem as long as travaler has a valid passport or photo ID card. However, you do so on your risk, as sometimes travelers can be referred for further review to the CBP at the airport.
