Legal Question in Immigration Law in Connecticut

one of my friends came to

USA without a visa ...and he is just 18 years old ...does he have any chance to get a green card ?

It's not very likely if he came without a visa and has no qualifying USA relative to petition for him.

Even if he has such a relative in the future (e.g. wife), he will have to go back to his home country to apply for a visa if and when the relative's petition is approved.
