Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Connecticut

Malpractice i think
Hello i had a accident on august 4 2005 on the highway of hartfort ct, i was trying to cross the highway walking and a pickup truck hit me i was found with out breathing they revive me the abulance i had no insurance and my mom was in new york and they operated on of my legs with out her permission when she came iw as still in coma i woke up a week after and i could of breath normal i started talking stupid things i had no insurance also, they told my mom i only had the leg they operated broken but i was complaining about the other leg and my mom got tired and said yo please do some xrays on her leg to see i m paying my money and they check after 2 weeks after the accident and me complaing of the pain it was broken left me 2 weeks in pain and they said they thought it wasnt broken cause i didnt have no bruises and my other leg they operated first the sttiches are made wrong it hurts me in the leg they thaught it wasnt broken till this day in the hot and cold can i do anything about this?
