Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Connecticut

Undiagnosed sevearly ill infant.

My sister has a 7 week old son that she took to see 4 different doctors in the past 4 days. She told them he had breathing problems. They all said it was just a cold. She then took him to the E.R. to find out he had sevear pnomonia. Yesterday he almost died in an ambulance on the way to Hartford Hospital and had to be sent by Life Star to a hospital in Boston. His condition is critical. What can my sister the origional 4 doctors for?

We need to know more facts to say whether there definitely is any malpractice, but it is possible that misdiagnosis of the pneumonia leading to the increased hospitalization is a claim. Feel free to give me a call. 1-800-838-0800.
