Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

My mother owns just 1/3 of her home along with her 2 sons having the other 2/3; she wants to gift her last 1/3 of ownership to one of her 2 sons. The end result would have one son owning 2/3 and the other son owning 1/3. I need to change the quick claim deed which is not difficult since I have the old one as a template; my only question is how to write that my mother would like to sell her 1/3 of ownership to only one son? We can't afford a lawyer and I believe this should be an easy task if I can figure out the words to use.

You help is appreciated

She would quitclaim her interest to that particular son. She is the grantor and he is the grantee.
