Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

I was wondering If I was to sell my horse that is on my property and someone interested in the horse wanted to test ride it what I could do so if something were to ever happen my butt would be safe. Could I type up a paper that they would have to print and sign their name that would say if anything were to happen i would not be held liable to any injuries?

You could do that but I would do more than that. The person would have to show you proof of insurance for the day he/she wants to test ride the horse, or, you could take out the insurance and they would pay the premium to ride the horse.
