Re: Inapproiate Word

I can only tell you that in California there is nothing appropriate about such a discussion at work. I do not know if the company has an employee procedural plan for dealing with sexual harrassment complaints, many do. In fact, it is recommended to aid the company from being charged with harrassment, but, certainly you should ask the company to take some appropriate action against the offending employee. What that would be could, within reasonable bounds, be in the discretion of the company. i.e. suspension, firing, apologies, sensitivity training, etc. What specifically you can do, in your state, I could not tell you.
