Child support
My husband by previous marriage owes back child support. In the event of his death can his ex wife put a lein on his essate for back support even though I am beneficiary of his estate.

Florida Law - If his ex has already filed an action against him for non-payment of child support and the amount has been established and he dies, then upon his death she could file a claim against his estate for the payment of the child support arrearages.
