Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

The devious daughter

Gram was 93 and failing quickly. She had her will all in place and her heirs in the will read it with her to make sure all was in order long before she fell ill. When the outlook for her recovery was at its lowest her daughter (who was named in the will as being left nothing but not for lack of love) brought attorney after attorney to the nursing home until she finally found one crooked enough to change the will to her favor. Gram was not of sound mind by then and could have been talked into anything. We have the original will and the attorney name who drew it up for Gram. Is there anything that we can do to correct this nasty situation?

Re: The devious daughter

Your only recourse is to contest the will in probate court and appeal to the superior court if necessary. These kind of disputes are very dependent on the facts.
