Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

land transfer

My parents purchased lots over 40 years ago, one for each of the children. Aprox. 15 yrs ago they needed $$, so my brother gave them $15,000 and it was their understanding that his lot was being held as collateral. My parents didnt sign anything - come to find out my brother transfered all the lots into his name and sold them for a huge profit years later. We just found this out. My mother said he was not to sell the lot - these are still in their will for us. We think my brother forged my mothers signature on papers. What recourse do we have?
