Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

Right to live in house

My parents will leaves 50% of their estate to me and 50% to my brother. I would like to stay living in the house after they pass. They agree. We do not wish to disinherit my brother. Is there someway to allow me to stay living in house, they can put in their will? I am single and disabled. I will not have funds to buy out my brother.

They can give you a life estate which lets you live there.
