pwr of attny for child care

if child is going to GA to live with aunt and uncle, should the pwr of attrny form be from GA or the home state where the parents reside?

The power of attorney generally should be from the child's home state. This is generally where the parents reside.

A power of attorney that is valid in the home state is generally considered valid in any other state.
