If a Green card application (I-485) was denied by USCIS, and if an applicant doesn't have any valid non-immigrant status, means that the applicant will be referred for deportation (removal) to Immigration Court.

To discuss your legal options, you shall consult a knowledgeable immigration attorney specializing in removal defense and licensed in your State (because it seems that you will need legal representation in local immigration court).
