Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Delaware

Is this dentist's fault? I was treated a few times at a low-cost dental clinic; they failed to mention my root canal/crown treated molar was badly decayed. Last year I switched to a regular dentist and left the clinic. The new dentist told me this summer my molar needed a new crown, the seal starting to leak, and they said to replace it when I had the money. I went to two more dentists for their opinions....the first recommended I get it pulled as it was so bad. The dentist thought trying to save the tooth would be too risky and expensive. He talked me into extraction, but at the last minute I got scared and wanted to save my tooth. The second dentist yesterday tried to restore molar, though they were not hopeful. The tooth broke into several pieces and it had to be pulled. Now I need implant.
