Dissolving a Restaurant Partnership

I am dissolving a partnership in a restaurant. I have developed 90% of the menu and recipes. I want to have my name removed from the business all together and would like to have them to stop using my recipes. What is the best course of action to achieve this?

This may depend on your partnership agreement. An attorney could assist you in drafting a sales contract that would provide for these issues.
