to get my husband back to u.s.
i want my husband to come back to u.s. he has been deported and i want him to be here to help me with the baby and me.

That is a difficult and complex road to take, but maybe not impossible. He might be eligible for a waiver, depending upon the nature of the removal. Get a lawyer.
