Getting Full Custody of child

Ex-wife since 1996, still co-habitated, child born in 1999, I am custodial parent, mother wants out in Feb. this year, she never worked during time in my home, had me thrown out of MY home for 10 days domestic violance, judge dismiss due to no evidence of abuse, during 10 days she stole personal credit card for $1800, bought clothes $220.87, used personal information to ''aquire'' credit cards in my name and businesses name, harassed, distroyed and stole what she wanted in home, she has been charged before for domestic violence and got cought while being booked with ''pot'', she also has been mayers acted for attempted to kill herself, State attorney will arrest here by next friday, charges of 2nd Grand thieft and I'm pushing for 3rd felony of Id thieft(817.568)

Now my question: How can I take all her rights away as parent of my son.
