What is the average settlement for back injury with florida workers comp.? I have a partially herniated disk and a crack about 2mm long on the L5. I am 50yrs old and unable to work with the injury.

there is no such thing as an "average settlement" for a back injury in workers' compensation. There are numerous factors that go into the valuation of an injury for settlement.
