Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I owe a credit card 3000. I am unemployed have no assests not even cking or saving. My parents who are on ss have been trying to help me and have been sending in 50. a month to this collection agency. The $50 a month is starting to pay its toll they have been doing this for 6 months. I have made no agreement with this agency other then telling them I would send 50. a month. i fee lbad for my parents but I just received a letter from this collection agency saying that I need to call to set up a payment arrangement. idon't want to call because I cannot arrange anything. My question is that if I cut this payment back to 25. a month can they place a judgement on me. This is what we are trying to avoid. Please understnd that I have been trying to find employment but just have had no luck. I am trying to make life a little easier for my parent. I really feel bad but I am not eligible for unemployment

You should call them and see if you can work it out. If it's already to a collection agency, you are already behind the 8 ball. You may need to seek debt counseling, or if you have other debts, consider filing bankruptcy.
