My wife divorced her ex because he molested the children. He was court mandated to pay child support. This was over 12 years ago. Can my wife collect the back child support that he has never paid to her. Also the children now would like to prove to the state that HE did in fact molest them and see him punished(he is still doing it from what we hear).

P.S. He is able to pay back monies in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Yes you can get arrearages. In Fl, you can go the State of Florida Supreme Court's self help web page and some counties have self help and file a motion for contempt. As far as the molestation charges, consult with Department of Children and Family, you can find them at www.myflorida.com and see how to proceed on telling someone about the charges so it does not happen again.
