Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I need help now....

I want to know how much time will someone get if they r charged with........Battery/agg/domestic; victim pregnant?

And also for.........Lewd battery- engages in consensual sexual activity w/ person 16yrs. Female?

And for........Contrib to delinq/ depend of child?

These are all serious charges.

Aggravated Battery - based on the victim being pregnant - is a 2nd degree felony, punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

Lewd & Lascivious Battery depends on the age of the victim and the age of the Defendant - which could be 15 years up to 30.

Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor is a 1st degree misdemeanor -which is punishable by up to one year in jail.
