discrimination and defamation by employer

1. can a manager disclose medical prescription necessity (or non-necessity) to another manager of an employee and then deny this employee to leave work place when they're having chest pains, dizziness and emotional, mental and physical distress because employee didn't tell employer what or if they were on medication?
