Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

injured at work

i was injured at work on 12-19-96. low back injury. i was released to light duty in march '97. my employer refused to reasonably accomodate my disability while providing light duty work for at least two other employees, as well as hiring a girl to do special duties, with special hours. my injuries have some degeneratetive conditions that prevent me from ever returning to full duty. do have a case for discrimination in federal court?

thanks
