Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida

appeals denial

I filed an appeal, and the appeals court refused

to review the case. It was filed timely, but the appeals court denied hearing it and gave no reason at all.

Are there any other choices I have to have this case heard. Since the appeal is based on the lower courts numerious errors. It is very inportant to have this case reversed.

Re: appeals denial

Something doesn't sound right. If it is tht important, contact an appellate attorney and ask for his/her opinion if you want a detailed answer.
