Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
A collection agency has been trying to subpoena me to court. I have not actually received the subpoena. I look online to the clerk of court, and the court date is set for tomorrow. If I don't go, will it be automatically continued because I was not served, or will they continue without me?

It should be continued until after you are served. If it is not served, the case can be eventually dismissed.
