Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Being forced by my lawyer to pay charged off debt

I was trying to sue 2nd mortgage co, for not complying w/sailor's ans solder's act. To my surprise, no getting statements & told not to call them anymore (I filed chapter 13) discovered they charged off the debt. June 04. Still as of today no statements nor contact to pay. An assoc of my lawyer found out. Got mad at me saying ...''sick of you people not paying your bills'' then called them inspite of me saying not to,and threatened to SUE THEM if they didn't start accepting my money!!!! HELP! Now she wants me to hire a seperate lawyer to procede w/original lawsuit. worse, is she got to their atty and made an agreement. but they're not honoring it AGAIN. asked for wriiten agreement they wrote up and she said she did everything verbal! can i fire this attrny not out for my best interest?
