Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Hell

My ex-husband just filed for bankruptcy. I was awarded two of the three homes we had in the divorce. He did sign a quick claim deed on both homes but he is still listed on the mortgages. Can you please tell me what kind of lawyer I should hire to protect myself.
