Simply request the Contract. I suggest you fax and/or email your request. Put all communication in writing and include an address, fax and/or email contact for the attorney to respond. To reinforce your demand put a limit of 7 to 10 days for his response. After emailing and faxing the request, follow up with a phone call to his office 3 hours later to confirm receipt. If you do not have the fax or email, go to Farbar.org and look up the attorney's profile.

It would be imprudent for the attorney to disregard your request.

Good Luck.
