Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I have possession of a truck with a lien on it to cover a loan made by my husband. We did a joint bankruptcy, the loan was not included in it, and it was totally in his name and I don't even know what he owed.

He has since died, I called the lien holder, they have a death certificate copy, and I was told they can give me no information, no title, and won't come and get the vehicle because it is a '94 and old. I have kept it insured and registered in the meantime. Do I have to do this?

If you no longer want the vehicle around at all, you can call a towing and storage company and have it towed away. Otherwise, you might have to open a probate to get this sold and the lien paid.
