Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I am 70% owner of a medical training facility. The business depends on my certifications to stay running. I have offered my business partner (30%) a buyout at a reasonable offer, he refuses. Our business partnership contract states that if a partner wishes to leave the business, both parties must agree in writing. Am i stuck in this business, doing all of the work? Or can I walk away?

Since you are majority owner of the business, you may have various options. In order to determine the most viable option for you, we would need to review your partnership contract that you are referring to. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact me at 407-578-1334.
