Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hi , We asked shipping company to take shipment from customer and deliver it internationally , they promised to do it door-to-door. After picking it up they said we can't do this we have to clear customs. We asked them to return the consignment and we will use other shipper. They asked us to pay lot of money to release it!! What can we do
