Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Im being harsassed at work very much so. I know the reason but enough to quit but cant afford to and jobs are hard to come by. It is because of and outside influnce. I never had proof before until now. I was having a real hard time finding employement for the same reason. But was able to get this job without them finding out. But they have. Not many knew of this except my exwife. The harassment is been very very stressful, many employees are being ask to b involved so managers dont take resonceablity. I have evedence thru there own video system and time clock. But dont have buy there verbal abuse thats what hurts the most. i need help. I have documentation of all events so do they hoping they would stop. But there is always something new. Its a very large corp. I NEED HELP this is my last chane to stop this. I am living with a son at thsi time.

It really depends, and you will have to speak with an attorney for an assessment of your situation. You cannot sue your boss for being a jerk. But, you may be protected under the law if the harassment is on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, genetic information, or age.
