Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I have a job NON-COMPETE for 8 years with an Staffing Company. Iam opening my own business, under my husband's name in the same field. I need to know the consequences of violating this non-compete and my options. My current employer, is planning to close within the next two years. I'll appreciate your advice.

Would have to read the non compete, but 8 years seems unreasonable. You fail to indicate the territory of the non compete.
