Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

LLC corporation partnership

there are three partners in a resturant business. two are married,the other single. the first two own 50%,the one person owns 50%. according to our agreement a majority vote can knock out one of the partners, since two of the three are married can the married couple vote out the single or are they considered one. we are all listed as partners with the state on this LLC. we really need to have the right answer or the single person will destroy the business and put the married couple in the street since through the SBA loan aquired for the business is attached to my home

If each married person has a sharehold interest as you imply, then can get together and vote you out. If you need legal assitance, contact a local lawyer or my office.
