Modification of Child Support
My boyfriend and I are opening a business together. My boyfriend has 5 children outside of our relationship. If his children's mom decide to take him back to court for modification of child support, would the attorney be able to take money from my part of the business as well as his?

That possibility will exist. It is best for you to consult with counsel and proceed in the manner that least exposes the investment to claims of the ex.
