Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I recently filed for an LLC (I don't believe it's been processed yet.) I thought I did enough research to see if the name I filed an LLC for was taken, but apparently not. Today I did a double check just to make sure and something came up that has me very worried and confused. I typed in my name and nothing came up for my exact name but something almost identical. Both of our names are exactly the same except for one word. Mine contains the word "in" and theres is n' We are both selling the same product. Where I got confused was when I clicked the name it brought me to the site Cafepress.com Which is popularly known for printing a wide variety of t-shirts. *CafePress, Inc. is an online retailer of stock and user-customized on demand products.* The page loaded a bunch of t-shirts containing the name on every shirt. It also says *Name* Logowear after it. I don't understand if this is a business or just t-shirts being sold with the name on it. Would I be in trouble with Cafepress? Would I be in trouble at all? How do I find out if this is even a business, or just shirts being made with that name on it?
