Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hello, I am starting a small business that will donate a certain % of the profit to a charity. I am not sure how to open the business, can do a LLC or what are the best options?

There is no one size fits all "best" option; it really depends on you and the new business. You should consult with an attorney and/or a CPA to determine what is your best structure both form a legal and financial standpoint.
