Tax Deductions

I didn't take out tax deductions from my employees taxes. are they going to get penalized? what do i need to do to correct the situation?

Yes, there might be a penalty. Also, there might be a penalty for you as well since you had the obligation to withhold taxes. Contact a tax lawyer to know what you need to do.
