Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

at time of sale at a furniture store I was never told of restockfees as the couch caused my back to go out in 2days I had to return and then I was told of theses fees is this legal in fl .or should they have disclosed this at time of sale?

Most furniture companies include the restock language in the "fine print" of your contract. I suggest you review the contract and the receipt closely. Sometimes they also put it on signs near the check out area of the store. Typically there are no exceptions to the re-stock fee related to reason for return.
