Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I am a trainer at a fitness studio, but also have an opportunity to operate a home training company. With both I had to sign a non-compete form. Would this be considered competing since they are both within the fitness industry and for both I would be trying to promote the company? Or, would it only be considered competing if I took clients from one, to the other? I'm a little confused at where the lines needs to drawn pertaining to this clause.

Your question is really impossible to answer without reading the non compete language in each of the documents. If you are concerned about violating either agreement, you really should have an attorney review each document.
