What type of an attorney would I see for a corporate officer breach of fiduciary duty and is this ever done on a contingency fee?

As a Franchise Attorney I recommend you contact a corporate attorney, or a business attorney that specializes in the corporate area. It is not common for these cases to be done on a contingency basis, but it never hurts to ask. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
