Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I am being charged with drinking alcohol in public and I wanted to know if having a notarized statement from my friend saying that he brought the alcoholic beverages and that I wasn't drinking is enough evidence to present to court to plead my case. If not, what other evidence can I bring

No. He's has to go to court and be subject to cross examination In order to present this testimony.
