Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

I will do a buisness similar to www.backpage.com only cater to the adult market only. I will do online ads that people will post themselves so I will be covered under the "communications decency act"

also might do adult ads on television I need to know what my legal rights are if I advertise on TV with some of the models that put there ads on my web site. I was thinking maybe they can sine a paper that says they give me permission to use them as a model on the late night TV ads. I want to know where I stand legally. I want to hear from attorneys that are familair with the communications decency act and also Television media and the rules.

This is an issue that can most likely be covered in your 'terms of use' agreement. However, things may run afoul if your 'backpage customers' use unauthorized photos of other people. Practically speaking, the safest course of action would be to get direct permission from confirmed owners (as opposed to just using photos that people are posting with or without the photo owner's actual permission).
