Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida

I was rear ended in Florida. It was not my fault. My new car was damaged. I was unemployed at the time of the crash. I was stressed out at the time of the crash but the crash caused me more stress. Perhaps, pain and suffering.

What is the statue of limitations regarding this accident? This happened a few months ago. I don't know how to determine if my pain and suffering qualifies as pain and suffering. I don't have a car and the accident has caused me financial difficulties as well as health problems.

What do you think a reasonable attorney fee would be for filing such a claim? Do you think I can find an attorney to take the attorney fee from the settlement? Usually, would you be charged here, if there is no settlement? Do companies usually decide to settle out of court for such accidents? If so, what are the odds of a settlement?

Please, Let me know. Thank you very much.

Before the end of today, you need to talk to a lawyer in your town who handles personal injury work. Personal injury cases are taken on contingency, meaning the lawyer gets nothing unless he wins your case. Since it doesn't sound like you were physically injured (shaken up, perhaps and apparently stressed) I'd avoid the really big firms and look for a one or two person law firm who does PI work. But you must get started today. Good luck.
