Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

Is it there any law in favor of (Private Contractors, Private Developers) which give them the legal right to buy out home owners if they are interested in their land for a big project?

The short answer is no. As you maybe aware eminent domain is only available for use when you are taking land for the purpose of public interest such as building a road/highway.
