air conditioning
my a/c in my house is not working right, my landlord refuse to fix it,saying for him is ok. he rent me half of the house, i have thermometer in my house marking 85F during the day and 80F during the night. What can i do?

Write a letter demaning he fix the ac within 7 days or you are terminating the lease. I think it would be wise to call a lawyer.
